This pretty, easy cocktail recipe is perfect for brunch or a special, romantic dinner. The robin's egg blue color makes it work for weddings, showers, and all kinds of celebrations. Sparkly, sweet, with a distinct tangy tropical flavor. Difficulty level 1/10

When you have an easy cocktail recipe like this Tiffany Blue Sparkler  you'll look for reasons to celebrate! Made with fizzy, sweet Moscato and Hypnotiq, this uniquely blue cocktail has a tropical flavor with plenty of bubbles to make it fun. Perfect for Valentine's Day, a baby shower, or a bridal shower serve it in champagne flutes to preserve the bubbles and show off the color.

For this recipe you'll need: Moscato (or Prosecco, or Champagne depending on how sweet you like it), Hypnotiq liqueur, champagne flutes. Looking for something a little more casual? Try this other blue cocktail!

You know, when most people think of romantic occasions they think of pink or red -- maybe even white. I don't know, red is my favorite color, but I don't think you can beat Tiffany Blue for romance. It's soft, it's tranquil, and it's pretty but that's not all. Tiffany Blue refers to the blue color of each box from Tiffany's jewelers. Here's the story straight from the Tiffany's website.

The world has been enthralled with the distinctive Tiffany Blue Box since the very beginning. It was Charles Lewis Tiffany who mandated that the coveted boxes could only be acquired with a Tiffany purchase. As reported by the New York Sun in 1906, "Tiffany has one thing in stock that you cannot buy of him for as much money as you may offer, he will only give it to you. And that is one of his boxes."

Glimpsed on a busy street or resting in the palm of a hand, Tiffany Blue Boxes make hearts beat faster, and epitomize Tiffany’s great heritage of elegance, exclusivity and flawless craftsmanship.

Is there really anything more romantic than getting one of those boxes?

This cocktail has the beautiful blue of a Tiffany's box. The flavor is sweet and tart and tropical with bubbles. Who can resist bubbly cocktails? Not me! I think it's perfect for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, bridal showers, baby showers, signature cocktail for a wedding... hey, any excuse to sip on this sparkly, sweet-tangy cocktail!

How sweet it is depends on whether you use the Moscato (sweet), the Prosecco (medium), or the Champagne (the least sweet and most complex). The percentage of alcohol in this is actually quite low which makes it perfect for a Valentine's Day breakfast in bed, Mother's Day,  or a wedding brunch.

Tiffany Blue Sparkler is an easy cocktail recipe that works for any romantic or feminine occasion. From RestlessChipotle.com

Have you ever had Hypnotiq? It's where the drink gets its color. Hypnotiq is a blend of vodka, cognac, and tropical fruit juices - I think it tastes a bit like grapefruit.

Can this be made in a pitcher or does it have to be made by the glass? My daughter is having a mimosa bar at her baby shower. These would be perfect!

I think you can make them by the pitcher. If you hover over the serving size you can move it up to 24 I think and the ingredient measurements will change to match.
