I know that I made a S’mores pie not too long ago – and it was delicious if I do say so myself – but I wanted to improve on it and change it up. What could be more delicious that a Snickers? Exactly. Nothing. Snickers is awesome, unless you’re craving a Milky Way.
These cookies are the perfect cookie for your kid to take in a lunchbox. They don’t crumble easily, they stay crispy-chewy, and they have both the great taste of peanut butter AND the great taste of chocolate. You can make them and toss them in the freezer for convenience. What’s not to like?

Lo Mein is a favorite around here. Really. It is quick, easy, and super flavorful. Shiloh has recently become vegetarian. Don’t ask me why. She was a hamburger addict until very recently, then overnight? Boom. Vegetarian. One can only hope that she will grow out of her affection for Kraft Mac and Cheese as quickly….
