- Unroll the crescent rolls but don't separate. Press dough into baking pan. Bake until golden brown and let cool.
- Cook the beef and add the taco seasoning.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and more taco seasoning.
- Spread the cream cheese on the cooled crust then layer the rest of the ingredients over it. Finish with a drizzle of taco sauce.

- 16 ounces crescent dough, from the refrigerated section
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 ounces taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups Cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- ¾ cup tomatoes, diced
- ⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
- ⅓ cup taco sauce
- black olives,avocado, black beans, onions, jalapeno peppers, Optional
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and cool 5 minutes.
- While the crust is cooling, cook beef in a heavy skillet until browned.
- Drain the fat if needed and add in one packet of taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water.
- Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat.
- Put the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and soften in the microwave for a minute or two.
- Add the sour cream, and one packet of taco seasoning to the softened cream cheese.
- Beat together until blended and smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust and top with the taco meat.
- Drizzle with the taco sauce.
- Top the pizza with the cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro and optional ingredients of choice.
- Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
Notes
- Be sure your baked crescent roll crust is cool before adding the rest of the ingredients or the cream cheese layer will melt.
- Wait to put the vegetables on top until just before serving.
