Notes

Storage:
This crescent roll taco pizza is best eaten within a few hours of making it. The longer it sits the more you risk a soggy crust.
If you must store it cover it with plastic wrap or put in an airtight container and refrigerate.
You could freeze this before you put the vegetables on it. Bake the crust as directed, let cool, then spread with the cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
Tips:
  • Be sure your baked crescent roll crust is cool before adding the rest of the ingredients or the cream cheese layer will melt.
  • Wait to put the vegetables on top until just before serving.

👩‍🍳 FAQs

Can I use the new crescent roll sheets instead of the crescent rolls?

You can! I don't like the texture of them as well in the finished pizza but you can certainly use them.

Can you make this gluten-free?

Sure! Some stores do carry gluten free crescent roll dough, or use gluten free biscuit or pizza dough (Pillsbury has one).
