Spicy Peach Margarita
This
spicy peach margarita
is sweet, tart, and just a little dangerous. Peach schnapps, lime, tequila, and a spoonful of hot pepper jelly turn an ordinary margarita into something that disappears faster than common sense at a backyard barbecue.

Ingredients

ounces
tequila
, silver
1
ounce
peach schnapps
1
tablespoon
red pepper jelly
1 ½
teaspoons
lime juice
1 ½
teaspoons
sugar
optional
5
ice cubes
for blending
1
sprig
rosemary
for garnish
Ice
for glass
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into an on the rocks glass filled with ice.
Stir with a sprig of rosemary and leave it in for garnish.
Notes
Tips
For best color use silver tequila.
Use a strainer to pour the tequila cocktail into the glass if you don't want bits of hot pepper floating around.
