Sweet pecan praline honey butter is an easy compound butter recipe made with honey, brown sugar, toasted pecans, cinnamon, and vanilla. Perfect for biscuits, pancakes, waffles, or giving as homemade Christmas gifts.
⅓cuphoneyorange blossom, clover, or similar light honey
¼cuppacked light brown sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Let cool completely, then chop finely.
Beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 3 to 4 minutes, until it's noticeably lighter in color and fluffy.
Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon (if using). Beat for another 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the bowl as needed, until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the toasted pecans until evenly distributed.
Spoon into small jars or ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
