Lavender Lemonade
Sip on summer with this refreshing lavender lemonade cocktail! Perfect for parties or relaxing evenings, it's easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

water

cups
sugar

cup
lavender buds
2 ½

water

lemon juice

to 16 oz of vodka or Absolut Citron Vodka
Lemon slices
Instructions
Bring 2 ½ cups water and sugar to a boil.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and add the lavender.
Allow to come to room temperature.
Strain the lavender out of the lavender syrup.
You've just. made lavender simple syrup. You can cover and refrigerate for 2 weeks or so at this point.
Add the last 2 ½ cups of water, lemon juice, and vodka.
Stir.
Add sliced lemon.
Serve over ice in tall glasses.
Notes
Adjust the amount of vodka to taste.
May substitute Moscato for Vodka for a sparkling beverage
