Get ready for some super tasty Pigs in a Blanket made with puff pastry and all-beef hotdogs! These little bites are sprinkled with Everything Bagel seasoning just before being popped in the oven. When they're done, they're golden and delicious, ready for you to dip, bite, and enjoy.

Instructions
Prepare 2 baking sheets by covering with parchment paper.
Stick a fork in the hot dogs in 3 places. Don't go all the way through - this is just to let out steam.
Whisk the egg and water together.
Set aside.
Lightly flour your work surface.
Place 1 puff pastry sheet on the prepared surface. Put the other back in the refrigerator for now.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet to a 12-inch square.
Cut pastry in half lengthwise and then cut each half crosswise into 3 equal pieces. Place on the prepared baking sheet and put in the refrigerator.
Remove the other puff pastry sheet from the fridge.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet to a 12-inch square and cut as before.
Place the cut dough on the second baking sheet.
Brush mustard down the center of each pastry piece using a silicon pastry brush or basting brush.
Top each with 1 hot dog.
Brush the edges of the pastry with egg mixture using a clean pastry brush.
Roll up, and pinch to seal overlapping edges.
Place seam side down on prepared baking sheets.
Freeze for about 30 minutes or up to 3 months.
When ready to bake preheat the oven to 425℉.
Remove pigs in a blanket from the freezer.
Cut crosswise into 4 equal pieces.
Brush tops with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
Notes
Storage:Store them in the fridge in an airtight container for a day or two.Heat in the oven or air fryer at 200 degrees F for a few minutes until hot and crispy. Freeze unbaked pigs in a blanket for up to 3 months. Freezing baked pigs in a blanket is not recommended.Tips:
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the puff pastry. A dull one will tear the dough.
Only bake pigs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. The parchment paper prevents the pastry from sticking and burning.
If you need to keep the pigs warm before serving to guests at a party, keep them in an oven set to 200 degrees F or use the "warm" setting.
