Make this easy slow cooker root beer chicken recipe with just 3 ingredients plus salt. Toss it together in less than 5 minutes - perfect for those busy days!
Spray the inside of a crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Season the chicken with the seasoned salt and place in the bottom of the crock.
Mix the root beer and bbq sauce together in a medium sized bowl with a whisk until smooth and well blended.
Pour the root beer mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred with 2 forks and put the cover back on. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
