Similar to a Pina Colada, this slushy Blue Hawaiian is made with rum, Curacao, and a touch of pineapple and cream of coconut for a luscious tropical treat with a kick. Difficulty level 1/10

Ingredients

white rum

blue curacao

ounces
pineapple juice

cream of coconut
(like Coco Lopez)

ice
Blue sugar crystals
, cherries for garnish
Instructions
Dip fingers in cold water and run around the rim of a glass.
Pour sugar crystals into a flat dish.
Roll cup rim in the sugar crystals to coat.
Set aside.
Add the rum, Curacao, pineapple, cream of coconut, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, top with a cherry, and serve.
