Slow Cooker Dr Pepper® Pulled Beef Sliders
Beef is slow cooked in a Dr Pepper® marinade and then shredded and cooked some more until it is melt in your mouth tender, spicy, and sweet. Pile into slider buns for the perfect slider sandwich for game day.

Ingredients

pounds
trimmed brisket or chuck roast
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
(about 1 ½ teaspoon of salt for most people)
1 12-
ounce
can Dr Pepper®
(not diet)
2
tablespoons
cherry balsamic vinegar
2
chipotle chiles

cups
chopped onion

Instructions
Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika and rub the brisket all over.
Add the meat to the slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred the meat with two forks and cook another 4 hours on low.
Spoon shredded meat in the slider buns to serve.
