Ingredients

uncooked
, whole wheat spagetti
¼

peanut oil

sesame oil

mushrooms
, sliced

carrots
, thinly sliced

red bell peppers
, sliced
1
large onion sliced in thin crescents
4
garlic cloves
, chopped
3
stalks celery
, sliced
2
cans water chestnuts
, sliced in matchsticks

peanut butter

cup
water

tbs
rice vinegar
¼

white wine or Sake

teaspoon
of Sriracha
⅓
cup
honey
¼
cup
soy sauce

tbs
fresh ginger
, grated

teaspoon
cayenne
Instructions
Cook pasta until a la dente and drain. Mix a little peanut oil in and set aside.
Add the peanut oil and sesame oil to a large pan or wok. Let it get hot.
Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the rest of the vegetables and stir fry another 2 minutes or so.
Set aside.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and allow to come to a
simmer
.
Stir until smooth and blended.
Add the pasta and vegetables and stir well until the pasta is covered with the sauce.
Serve immediately.
