Ingredients

all-purpose flour

tablespoons
white sugar

teaspoons
baking powder
1 ½
teaspoons
baking soda

salt

buttermilk

milk

teaspoon
vanilla

eggs
½
cup
butter
, melted
2
– 3 tablespoons of colored sprinkles
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat
together
beat
together buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter.
Heat a griddle until drops of water dance across it.
Fold
the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture.
Quickly
fold in
the colored sprinkles.
Scoop the batter on to the hot griddle and cook until bubbles form on the raw side and the underneath is golden.
Flip and cook until done.
