Perverted Irishman Whiskey Shot
Smooth Jameson Whiskey (or whatever Irish whiskey you like) pairs with Bailey's Irish cream liqueur in this decadent whiskey shot -- and you don't need a spoonful of sugar to make it go down, either. This recipe is for adults over 21.

Ingredients
½
ounce
Bailey's Irish
Cream
½
ounce
Jameson Irish Whiskey
1
teaspoon
chocolate
melted
Instructions
Drip melted chocolate around the rim of the shot glass.
Add the Irish
cream
to the glass.
Add the Irish whiskey to the glass.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Expert Tip:
These can be enjoyed as shots or, if you prefer, poured over ice for simple cocktail.
Here are some more variations on this drink.
Make a non alcoholic version with ½ ounce heavy cream and 1 ounce each vanilla and Irish cream coffee syrups.
Add the the Perverted Irishman shot to hot coffee. Stir and top with whipped cream - and maybe some grated chocolate
Pour over chocolate or vanilla ice cream
Add to a blender with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend into an adults only shake.
Reduce Bailey's by half and use creme de cacao to replace it.
