Lavender Earl Grey Mojito
Lavender and Earl Grey tea are infused in white rum to create a refreshing and unique mojito.

Ingredients
Infused Rum

cups
white rum
3
teaspoons
Earl Grey or 3 tea bags
1
teaspoon
lavender buds
Mojito
6
large mint leaves
Juice of ½ a lime
1
tablespoon
simple syrup
2
ounces
Lavender and Earl Grey infused rum
3
ounces
Dry Lavender soda or club soda
Instructions
Infused Rum
Add the Earl Grey, lavender, and rum to a pint jar.
Stir.
Cover tightly and set in a cool, dark place for 3 days.
Stir daily and taste to check flavor.
When the flavor is to your liking strain the rum into a clean jar.
Cover and store in the pantry.
Lavender Earl Grey Mojito
Add the mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup to an on the rocks glass.
Muddle (or smash) the leaves until they are fragrant with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
Add the rum.
Fill the glass with ice.
Carefully pour the lavender soda or club soda over the top.
Garnish with more mint and a slice or two of lime.
