Spicy Peach Margarita
Spicy-sweet, this tequila cocktail is one of my favorite ways to make a margarita. Sweet peach flavor is balanced with a tart blast of lime and fiery pepper jelly.

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into an on the rocks glass filled with ice.
Stir with a sprig of rosemary and leave it in for garnish.
Notes
For best color use silver tequila.
Add club soda if you want to make it lighter.
Use a strainer to pour the tequila cocktail into the glass if you don't want bits of hot pepper floating around.
Freeze peach juice or peach nectar to use for ice cubes. Your drink won't be diluted!
I don't like salted rims on margaritas. I know - weird. For this you'll want either a plain rim or a sugared one.
You can lighten up this cocktail with club soda for a sparkly, refreshing, lighter version.
