Add the butter and honey to a medium microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until the mixture is melted.
Whisk until well blended.

Bake according to recipe or manufacturer's instructions
Assembly
Carefully cut the biscuits in half.
Spoon a little of the chipotle honey butter on the biscuit.
Place chicken tender on top.
Spoon a little extra honey butter over the chicken.
Add the top biscuit and push a long toothpick through to hold the chicken in place.
Repeat with the remaining chicken and biscuits.

These chicken biscuits are so easy to make because you can make the honey butter mixture ahead of time and the rest is just assembly, really.
I used boneless honey bbq chicken wings so that the flavor would really stand out but you can use whatever you like best - or make them homemade. Just make sure they're boneless
Grilled chicken breast works well, too.
The number of servings you get will depend on how many pieces of chicken and biscuits you get from the package.
The honey butter sauce can be made several days ahead of time and stored tightly covered in the refrigerator.
I used big toothpicks through them to help keep them together.
Sprinkle a little coarse ground pepper on the top for extra zing.
