Yeah, the silence is deafening. There is something about gooey cheese, tangy tomato sauce, and carby-bready goodenss that rocks us right down to our toes. At least, most of us.

I think that stromboli is an Italian word for “Dang, that’s good.”
It’s one of those things that I forget to make too much of the time. It really isn’t anymore difficult than a homemade pizza but the way that the meat and cheese ends up in layers makes a difference in the flavor.
