Breakfast? Seriously?
I am not an anything goes for breakfast type person. To me chocolate muffins are just a little lower on the scale than cheesecake for breakfast – not that THAT hasn’t been done here before. Once in awhile a special treat is a nice surprise, though. These are perfect for that – moist, chocolaty, and topped with a sweet butter glaze and toasted pecans. There are just enough chocolate chips to give you a punch of chocolate flavor in each bite. I don’t add pecans to the inside because I don’t like the texture but you certainly could. Continue reading
