Snickers Bar Pie

snickers bar pie

I know that I made a S’mores pie not too long ago – and it was delicious if I do say so myself – but I wanted to improve on it and change it up. What could be more delicious that a Snickers?

Exactly. Nothing. Snickers is awesome, unless you’re craving a Milky Way. Continue reading

Lavender Lemon Meringue Pie

lavender lemon pieA few weeks ago I was invited to participate in a pie party on Facebook, not sure who hosted but I was invited by the ever elegant Laura from Laura’s Best Recipes.  As usual  I am running late getting my post up – it was due by 2 am.

I am not even sue where the post is anymore…somewhere between here and the site that used to be known as Baking Delights, so I decided to do it again. This time with apple. Continue reading

Creme de Cassis Napoleon Dessert

Valentine’s Day probably should be renamed Uber Fancy Dessert Day. It is certainly the day when we seem to crave the most intricately put together desserts whether we make them ourselves or buy them elsewhere.

Puff pastry isn’t hard to make from homemade but you can also buy it from the freezer section of most grocers. Continue reading
