Rainbow? For St. Patrick’s Day?
Sure… see here is what happened. When I got up this morning I decided to make pancakes. I had the buttermilk batter all mixed up and the griddle heating when suddenly, out of the corner of my eye I saw a tiny leprechaun tiptoe across the counter with a bag of gold. There was rainbow dust still stuck to the outside of the bag! I stood very still and he tried to hide the bag several places in my kitchen before he disappeared.
The rainbow dust scattered everywhere and was swirling around in the air. It settled on my pancake batter and when I scooped the pancakes look what I saw!
