Today, March 6, 2012 is the 100th birthday of Oreo Cookies. I do know a few people that don’t love Oreo cookies – but not many. Oreos have become a cookie icon in their 100 year history. Even I, organics-make-it-yourself freak that I am cannot resist the siren song of the Oreo.
As I was leafing through my blog (can you say that? I mean electronic leafing) I realized that I have numerous recipes that include Oreos as an ingredient. I thought posting a list of the recipes would be a great way to celebrate 100 years of twisting and dunking. Ready?
