I have a couple stacked up.. I got busy last week.

O.k.. this giveaway is for a copy of the Flexitarian Diet: The Mostly Vegetarian Way to Lose Weight, Eat Healthier, Prevent Disease, and Add Years to Your Life.
This is what Amazon says :
“The Flexitarian Diet” is the first book to describe what is potentially the next big diet and nutritional movement – ‘flexitarianism’. The concept has grown so popular that “Bon Apetit” selected ‘flexitarian’ as a hot trend for 2010. A flexitarian diet is part-time vegetarianism but, as the name suggests, flexitarianism is also about flexibility! a healthy, guided, customizable, appetizing, and family-friendly flexibility. “The Flexitarian Diet” begins with a quiz examining three nutrition factors: food preferences and aversions; whether the reader’s current diet is likely to cause shortfalls or overloads in particular nutrients; and, which food habits they most want to change. The answers point to best starting point for that reader.
There will be FIVE winners. Yep… I have five copies at my disposal. Sooo… if you have been thinking of healthier eating..now may be the time!

sounds like an interesting concept.
Sounds great, been changing our eating habits a lot this past year.
I just posted the give away on Facebook.
looking for a way to lose weight and eat healthier
This sounds interesting! I like flexibility within a plan
I would like this.
I am on a (constant) diet, and my daughter recently became vegetarian. My husband can eat just about anything he linkes with no problem. (The man weight within 10 pounds of what he did when we got married 31 years ago!) Anyway, as a result, I am fixing 2 or 3 different meals at each mealtime. If I could make each of us a little more flexible, I might be able to spend less time in the kitchen!
I would love to read this
I would love to win this – I”d learn a lot!

I love the term and the concept! In fact, it’s probably kind of what I’m doing!
I’ve changed my eating habits quite a bit in the last few months to incorporate more fresh foods, and less processed food. The results have been great. I love flexibility in cooking, and can’t stand diets that tell you to only eat certain foods, so this book sounds interesting.
I already have Restless Chipotle in my feed reader does that count:-)
I’m also already a follower on Twitter, and anyplace else I can check out your yummy recipes.
I think I’m already basically a flexitarian, but I have been wanting some more ways to get meat OUT of my meals. Thanks for the chance!

I want to reduce my meat intake and have a vegetarian granddaughter who is feeling like she needs to start incorporating a small amount of meat back into her diet. This sounds like a plan for both of us.

You know, I think I’m naturally headed in this direction- and one of my inspirations for it has been watching Elie Krieger’s Healthy Appetite as well as reading Eating Well pretty regularly. The part I need the most help with is not so much pushing bold flavors but coming up with meals that feel hearty & provide a sense of being satiated. Also- I need more pasta substitutes that are interesting…. Thanks for the chance!
I’d love to have some new recipes

I’ve tried a vegetarian diet in the past and lost a lot of weight and felt really healthy. I’ve been wanting to find a way to eat like a vegetarian again. This book would help guide me in that direction.
