As of this week my divorce is final and I hope to spend some time taking stock of where I am, where I am going, and how to get there. At this point there is no angst, just bittersweet memories and some frustration at working out the details.
The other cool thing that happened is that my proposal for my second book was approved by Penguin’s, Complete Idiot’s Guides. Check back, and I will let you know how things are coming with that.
If you have some left-over pancakes what about this Pancake Layer Cake?
Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies
Krapfen which look like totally amazing donuts
Red Velvet Cake Roll with Strawberries and Ricotta
Cauliflower and Caramelized Onion Tart
Macarons with Olive Oil and Vanilla Ganache
